Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team in Everett, MA for 20 hours per week. This role involves completing clinical nutrition assessments, documenting in the EMR with the Nutrition Care Process, and collaborating with the care plan team.

Responsibilities include MDS - Section K, calculating TF, and making recommendations for wounds and weight changes. RD credentials and licensure are required, with strong communication skills and a client-centered approach.

• Credentials by the CDR are required.
• Active registered dietitian licensure is required.
• Positive attitude and client-centered approach are essential.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with care teams are needed.
