Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team in Nashua, NH for 24 hours per week. This role offers a flexible schedule and excellent pay.

You will perform clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team to support long-term care residents. Responsibilities also include completing the MDS - Section K, calculating TF, and making recommendations for wounds and significant

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with CDR credentials.
• Licensed to practice as a dietitian.
• Customer-focused with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
