Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC seeks a consultant dietitian to join our team serving our long-term care community at Hadley Pointe, MA. This part-time position offers 16 hours per week with a flexible schedule and competitive compensation.

The role includes completing clinical nutrition assessments, documenting via the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborating with the care plan team, and contributing to MDS - Section K, wound and weight-change recommendations. RD credential required.

Qualifications

• CDR credential required and active dietetics licensure.
• Strong communication and client-centered approach.
