Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC in Westfield, MA is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for an 8-hour-per-week engagement in the long-term care setting.

You will perform clinical nutrition assessments, document with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborate with the care plan team, complete MDS Section K, calculate TF, and make wound/weight-change recommendations.
