Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team in Watertown, MA for 18 hours per week. You will perform clinical nutrition assessments and document via the Nutrition Care Process in our EMR, while collaborating with the care plan team.

The role requires CDR credentialing and dietetic licensure, with a client-centered approach and strong communication skills. Flexible scheduling and excellent pay are highlighted benefits.

Qualifications

• Credentialed by the CDR in dietetics.
• Licensed dietitian in the relevant state.
• Positive attitude and client-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF and provide wound/weight-change recommendations.
