Qualifications

• CDR credential required and active licensure as a dietitian.
• Demonstrated client-centered approach and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Make nutrition recommendations for wounds and weight changes.
