Champions Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support the dentist, perform X-rays, educate patients, and help ensure a positive patient experience in a fast-paced dental office.

The RDA will maintain sterile environments, follow safety regulations, and assist with lab duties, delivering compassionate care and precise chair-side assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with state-mandated certification/licensure requirements.
• State-m mandated certifications/licenses/registrations (e.g., radiographic exposure).
• Associate degree or certificate from accredited college/technical school preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for best treatment with urgency.
• Participate in Perfect Patient Experience by focusing on patient needs and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment and prepare patients for treatment.
• Take x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories per ADA guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulations.
