Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support dentists in delivering quality care. You will perform patient care, prepare treatment areas, take x-rays and intra-oral photos, and help educate patients on post-treatment care.

Maintain a clean, sterile environment and comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and ADA guidelines while providing a positive patient experience. This full-time role offers benefits including medical/dental/vision coverage and paid time off.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma and state-mandated training.
• Active certifications/licensure per state requirements.
• Associate degree or 1-year certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for best treatment.
• Take x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterile environment.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and oral health care.
• Enforce OSHA, HIPAA, ADA and other regulatory standards.
