Community Dental Partners is hiring a Registered Dental Assistant to support the dentist during treatments, exams, and patient discussions. You will perform general RDA duties with a focus on quality customer service and professional teamwork.

The role involves charting, radiography, instrument sterilization, and assisting with diverse procedures. Certifications for sealants or nitrous are preferred, with company-supported courses for 2+ years of experience. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for exams, complete digital charting and verify codes
• Capture quality x-ray images
• Assist dentist with a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and sterilize exam and treatment rooms
• Discuss treatment options and post-care instructions
• Provide teeth polishing and sealant placement (certifications required)
• Schedule patient appointments as requested
• Sterilize instruments and uphold cross-contamination standards
• Engage patients to create a positive experience during visits
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in all interactions
• Perform other duties as assigned
