The Role

As our Registered Dental Assistant / Orthodontic Assistant, you will play an integral role in creating a smooth, organized, and high-quality patient experience. You will work closely with our pediatric dentist and orthodontist to provide exceptional clinical care, while also ensuring a first-class, concierge-level experience for parents and their children.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Daily Patient Management: Oversee and manage your daily patient column efficiently while ensuring each child and family feels cared for.
  2. Digital Imaging & Records: Take high-quality digital X-rays and images with precision and expertise.
  3. Orthodontic Assistance: Assist with orthodontic treatments, including bonding attachments/brackets, taking digital scans, and creating retainers.
  4. Dental Cleanings & Chairside Assisting: Provide gentle and thorough cleanings for children and assist the dentist in all pediatric and orthodontic procedures.
  5. Practice Organization: Maintain a pristine and well-organized office and operatory space, ensuring all systems run smoothly.
  6. Customer Service & Coordination: Communicate with parents professionally and warmly, ensuring they feel informed and valued at every step of their child’s care.
  7. Technology & Systems Proficiency: Utilize advanced dental software and technology to maintain accurate records and efficient workflows.
  8. Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work seamlessly with the team to uphold the highest level of service, organization, and excellence in patient care.

What We’re Looking For

  1. A Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Orthodontic Assistant (OA) with previous experience in pediatric dentistry and/or orthodontics.
  2. A compassionate and patient-focused professional who loves working with children.
