McAlister Dentistry seeks a Registered Dental Assistant to support dentists in delivering quality care. You will help gain patient commitment, keep a clean and sterile operatory, and assist with x-rays and patient education. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and patient comfort.

Responsibilities include taking intra-oral images, guiding postoperative care, and maintaining ADA-compliant infection control across procedures. Join a team focused on exceptional patient experiences.

Formación

• GED or high school diploma; mandated state training courses
• State-mandated certifications/licensure/registrations
• Associate degree or 1-year certificate preferred

Responsabilidades

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for best treatment with urgency
• Participate in Perfect Patient Experience by addressing patient needs and concerns
• Maintain clean, sterile environment and prepare patients for treatment
• Take and process x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories per ADA guidelines
• Ensure compliance with state, federal regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, etc.)
