McAlister Dentistry is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support dentists in delivering urgent, high-quality patient care. You will help educate patients, take x-rays, and ensure a clean, sterile environment while following all safety regulations.

Responsibilities include assisting during procedures, communicating postoperative care, and maintaining compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards. This role emphasizes teamwork and patient-centered service in a fast-paced dental office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• State certifications/licensure required as mandated by state.
• Associate degree or 1-year certificate preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for best possible treatment with urgency.
• Participate in Perfect Patient Experience by addressing patient needs and concerns.
• Maintain clean, sterile environment; prepare patients and assist doctors for efficient care.
• Perform x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by dentist.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
