Job summary

Stadium Dental Group and Orthodontics is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our clinical team in California. You will support the dentist with patient care, imaging, and chairside assistance, ensuring efficient, compassionate treatment and a smooth patient experience.

The RDA will perform x-ray and intra-oral photography, maintain sterilization standards, educate patients on post-treatment care, and help uphold OSHA, HIPAA, and ADA guidelines in a busy practice.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED with mandated state certification/licensure/registration.
• Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state (e.g. radiographic exposure).
• Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school; or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist to gain patient commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• Participate in the Perfect Patient Experience by focusing on optimal treatment and patient concerns.
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment and prepare patients for treatment.
• At the dentist's direction, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures as appropriate.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories in accordance with ADA guidelines.
