Job summary

ProSmile Holdings, LLC is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support clinical needs across our New Jersey practices. You will work under dentists and coordinates with dental hygienists to ensure efficient patient care.

This full-time role requires an NJ RDA license, X-ray certification, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with scheduling and recordkeeping responsibilities. Compensation is $30.00-$33.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• NJ DRT license or willing to pursue licensure immediately required.
• 1+ years work experience as a Dental Assistant preferred.
• X-ray license required; current NJ RDA license.
• Certified/Registered Dental Assistant credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside with patient care and instruments.
• Maintain inventory in operatories and support staff.
• Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and CDC guidelines.
• Schedule follow-ups and manage recordkeeping.
• Prepare cases for external labs and take impressions.
