Job summary

ProSmile is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support clinical teams across our NJ practices. You will work under dentists and collaborate with hygienists to ensure efficient patient care, precise recordkeeping, and smooth appointment scheduling.

The ideal candidate holds a NJ Registered Dental Assistant license, CPR certification, and can work evenings or weekends as needed. This full-time role offers competitive pay and a benefits package described in our overview.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• NJ Registered Dental Assistant license and X-ray license.
• CPR certification required; willingness to pursue licensure where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists chairside with patient care and instrument handling.
• Maintain inventory in operatories and manage room readiness.
• Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, CDC guidelines for safety and privacy.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and communicate post-treatment care.
• Perform basic lab tasks like impressions and model pours.
• Place/remove temporary crowns and manage orthodontic fixtures as needed.
• Ensure clean public areas and support other team members.
