ProSmile Holdings, LLC, based in Edison, NJ, is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support clinicians and patients in a fast-paced dental practice. You will assist chairside, manage records, and help schedule follow-ups under dentist supervision.

Ideal candidates hold a NJ Registered Dental Assistant license (DRT or RDA where applicable), are comfortable with x-ray duties, and can work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Licensed as NJ Registered Dental Assistant; DRT license or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years dental assistant experience preferred; ability to learn quickly.
• X-ray license required; ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists chairside with patient care and instruments.
• Maintain inventory in operatories and ensure OSHA/HIPAA/CDC compliance.
• Schedule follow-ups and manage records and patient communications.
• Perform basic lab tasks like taking impressions and preparing cases for labs.
• Place/remove arch wires, rubber dam, and assist with temporary crowns.
