Job summary

Snohomish Modern Dentistry is looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support dentists in delivering high-quality dental care in Snohomish, WA. You will assist with exams, x-rays, and patient education while keeping the operatory clean and compliant with safety standards.

The role emphasizes team collaboration, patient comfort, and the ability to explain procedures and post-treatment instructions clearly. Prior certification/licensing as required by state law is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• State-mandated certifications/licensure as applicable.
• Associate degree or one-year certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist with patient care, x-rays and intra-oral imaging.
• Prepare treatment rooms; sterilize instruments per ADA guidelines.
• Educate patients on oral health and postoperative care.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and privacy policies.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and comfortable environment.
