Job summary

Northshore Modern Dentistry is hiring a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support dentists in delivering exceptional care. You will assist with patient care, x-rays, intra-oral imaging, and post-treatment guidance in a fast-paced clinic.

The role requires stewardship of infection control, compliance with safety standards, and a commitment to the patient experience. On-site work with standard benefits and team support.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED with mandated state training.
• Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by state.
• Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school; or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for the best treatment with urgency.
• Participate in Perfect Patient Experience by focusing on patient needs.
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment and prepare patients for treatment.
• Take X-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
