Job summary

Stevens Ranch Modern Dentistry & My Kid's Dentist and Orthodontics is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support dentists, manage patient flow, and uphold safety and quality standards in a busy clinical setting.

You will assist with X-rays and intra-oral imaging, chair-side procedures, patient education, sterilization, and compliance with ADA/HIPAA guidelines while delivering the Perfect Patient Experience to every patient.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; state-approved certification/licensure as applicable.
• Associate degree or one-year certificate in Dental Assisting or equivalent education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for best treatment with urgency.
• Participate in the Perfect Patient Experience by addressing patient needs and concerns.
• Prepare treatment rooms, maintain a clean and sterile environment, and assist doctors for efficient, quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
• Educate patients on postoperative and oral health care.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories per ADA guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, etc.).
