Qualifications & Skills

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification with the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic health records.
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills with attention to detail.
