Job summary

CHOICE Healthcare Services is hiring a Registered Dental Assistant in Fresno, CA to support orthodontics care by preparing rooms, instruments, passing items, and assisting in procedures in line with the Dental Practice Act.

Daily duties include taking x-rays and IOs, sterilizing equipment, and helping with prophylaxis, patient hygiene instruction, and charting treatment plans with the doctor. California RDA license required with BLS; bilingual Spanish preferred.

• Certification from a dental college or equivalent experience
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Summary

The Registered Dental Assistant supports orthodontics care delivery by preparing treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials; passing instruments and materials; performing procedures in compliance with the Dental Practice Act.

Pay Range $19.71 - $26.44/hr (Based on experience)

Education and/or Experience

• Certification from a dental college OR 3+ months related experience and/or training OR Equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
• BIlingual in Spanish, preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• California Registered Dental Assistant License
• X-Ray Certification
• Coronal Polish Certification
• Current BLS certification
• Sealant Certification, preferred
