Job summary

Stifel, Incorporated is seeking a Client Services Associate (Registered) to support Financial Advisors with opening and maintaining client accounts, handle administrative tasks, and deliver excellent client service.

You will process orders, gather documents, perform account coding, and provide quotes and information to clients, while ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced brokerage environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years investment industry experience.
• Series 7 and 63 or 66 licenses required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Advisors with opening and maintaining client accounts.
• Provide administrative support including word processing, mailings, filing, and answering phones.
• Obtain approvals for FA communications and advertisements.
• Enter trades as directed by the FA(s) and provide client account information.
• Maintain complete client account and trade records for the branch.
• Handle client requests (checks, wires, address changes, dividend info, etc.).
