Job summary

Stifel Financial Corp. is seeking a Client Services Associate (NR) to support Financial Advisors with opening and maintaining client accounts and records, handling a wide range of administrative tasks, and delivering excellent client service.

Under supervision, you will enter trades as directed, assist with communications, prepare reports, and escalate issues to the Branch Manager when needed. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years clerical/related industry experience.
• Series 7 and 63 or 66 licensing preferred, but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Advisors with opening and maintaining client accounts.
• Provide administrative support and handle routine tasks such as filing, mailings, and phone coverage.
• Enter trades as directed by Financial Advisors.
• Provide reports and information to Financial Advisors as requested.
• Escalate issues to the Branch Manager when needed.
