Job summary

Stifel Financial Corp. is seeking a Client Services Associate to support one or more Financial Advisors by opening and maintaining client accounts and handling a wide range of administrative tasks.

You will perform duties such as processing paperwork, coordinating communications, answering calls, and entering trades as directed by the FA(s). A strong eye for detail and customer service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of clerical/related industry experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening client accounts and maintain client records.
• Provide general administrative support and handle routine communications.
• Enter trades as directed by Financial Advisors and process related paperwork.
• Respond to client inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
