Job summary

Stifel is seeking a Client Services Associate to support Financial Advisors in opening and maintaining client accounts. You will handle administrative tasks, document gathering, and client communication in a fast-paced brokerage environment.

Responsibilities include processing account paperwork, basic trade entry under supervision, and delivering high-quality client service while escalating notable issues to the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years clerical/related industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open client accounts and maintain records.
• Assist in gathering required documents with clients.
• Provide customer service support and answer inquiries.
• Enter trades as directed by Financial Advisors when needed.
• Escalate issues to Branch Manager when appropriate.
