Job summary

Green Light ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and young adults with autism in home or community settings. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to work with a BCBA-led team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required to perform ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–18.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Receive supervision from a BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
• Maintain professional boundaries with child patients and families as required by BACB.

About the Role Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism through teaching sessions in the home or community setting.

• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for children between the ages of 2 and 18.

• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.

• Receive Supervision from your BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.

• Maintain professional boundaries around our child patients and their families as indicated by the BACB.

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Willing to have a background check.

• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to the home of clients

• Must possess a High School Degree

• Bilingual is needed
