Job summary

GreenLight ABA in Phoenix seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in the home and community settings. You will implement skill acquisition programs under supervision and help families promote independence and positive behavior change.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children with Autism and developmental needs between the ages of 2 to 18 years old
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA
• Support children and their families with learning skills to promote independence and positive behavior change
