GreenLight ABA in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a caring Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our BCBA-led team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–18, implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, and document progress in collaboration with our BCBA.

At GreenLight ABA, we are dedicated to providing personalized ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental needs while fostering independence and improving quality of life. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in making a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

We are seeking caring, collaborative, and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. As an RBT, you will conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children ages 2 to 18, implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA, and support children and their families in developing skills that promote independence and positive behavior change.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children with Autism and developmental needs

• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA

Requirements:
