Job summary

GreenLight ABA in the Phoenix area is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, ages 2–18.

You will conduct 1:1 sessions, implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans under supervision, and support families to promote independence and positive behavior change. Training and mentorship are provided; competitive hourly pay and benefits for full-time staff.

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Passionate and reliable individuals who enjoy working with children and families.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle for driving to and from client homes.

• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA

• Support children and their families with learning skills to promote independence and positive behavior change
