Job summary

GreenLight ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Phoenix to administer 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in natural environments. You will implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans under a BCBA's guidance, helping children and families achieve meaningful progress.

• Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children ages 2–18 in the home or natural environments.
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under BCBA supervision.
• Support families with teaching strategies to promote independence and positive behavior change.
