Job summary

GreenLight ABA in Phoenix is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy to children with autism. As part of our team, you'll conduct 1:1 therapy sessions and work under the guidance of a BCBA to implement effective strategies that enhance children's independence and quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children with Autism and developmental needs between the ages of 2 to 18 years old
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA
• Support children and their families with learning skills to promote independence and positive behavior change
