Job summary

GreenLight ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children with autism. The role focuses on delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and community settings, under BCBA supervision, to foster independence and positive behavior change.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children with Autism and developmental needs between the ages of 2 to 18 years old
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA
• Support children and their families with learning skills to promote independence and positive behavior change
