Job summary

Regency ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician for in-home support in Buford, GA. Work 10 hours weekly, with a 3:00 PM–6:00 PM Monday–Friday schedule. You will deliver 1:1 therapy under a BCBA, collect data, and document progress while collaborating with a caring team.

The role emphasizes flexible, supportive supervision, growth opportunities, and a focus on holistic care within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 Direct Therapy under BCBA supervision.

• Submit session notes and documentation promptly.

Responsibilities

• Implementing 1:1 Direct Therapy through programs set by a Board-certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and enter data through CentralReach.
• Complete and submit session notes along with other documentation in a timely manner
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Understands and adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information.

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification required.
