Job summary

Regency ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 20 hours per week, with a schedule of 3:00pm–6:00pm, Monday through Friday. The role emphasizes growth in a collaborative environment focused on the holistic ABA model of care and family-centered support.

You will implement 1:1 therapy, collect data, and maintain timely documentation while collaborating with BCBA supervisors and the team. Reliable transportation and a strong communication skillset are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma.
• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and insurance are required.
• Candidates should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 Direct Therapy programs set by a BCBA.
• Collect and enter data into CentralReach.
• Complete and submit session notes in a timely manner.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information.
