Job summary

Regency ABA is seeking a registered behavior technician (RBT) for an in-home, part-time role in Dallas, GA. The position offers 15 hours per week with specific availability: M-Th 4:30-6:30pm and F 2:00-4:00pm.

You will work under a BCBA to deliver 1:1 therapy, collect data, and maintain timely notes while collaborating with a supportive team that emphasizes growth, well-being, and family-centered care.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • RBT certification required.
  • Reliable transportation and insurance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Implement 1:1 Direct Therapy under BCBA guidance.
  • Collect and enter data into CentralReach.
  • Complete and submit session notes timely and accurately.
  • Communicate and collaborate with team and supervisors.
  • Adhere to company policies and confidentiality.
  • Protect patient information and privacy.

Responsibilities
  • Implementing 1:1 Direct Therapy through programs set by a Board-certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and enter data through CentralReach.
  • Complete and submit session notes along with other documentation in a timely manner
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
  • Understands and adheres to company policies and procedures.
  • Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Registered Behavioral Technician Certification required.
  • Reliable transportation and insurance
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
