Job summary

Regency ABA in Georgia seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 therapy in-home in Tarrytown, GA. Schedule: M-F, 9am-1pm, about 20 hours per week.

You will work under a BCBA, implementing programs and tracking progress. We offer growth through supervision and training, PTO for part-time staff, weekly pay, and a supportive, collaborative culture focused on holistic care for children and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification required.
• Reliable transportation and insurance required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 Direct Therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Collect and enter data using CentralReach.
• Complete and submit session notes in a timely manner.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Follow company policies and maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implementing 1:1 Direct Therapy through programs set by a Board-certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and enter data through CentralReach.

• Complete and submit session notes along with other documentation in a timely manner

• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.

• Understands and adheres to company policies and procedures.

• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification required.
