Job summary

Regency ABA in Georgia is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for in-home, part-time work in Cuthbert. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, totaling 15 hours per week.

You will implement 1:1 therapy under a BCBA, collect data in CentralReach, and complete notes promptly. We offer growth, supervision, PTO, paid mileage, and wellness resources to support your well-being.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma required.
  • RBT certification required.
  • Reliable transportation and insurance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 direct therapy as directed by BCBA.
  • Collect and enter data in CentralReach.
  • Submit session notes and documentation promptly.
  • Collaborate with team and supervisors.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect patient information.

Responsibilities
  • Implementing 1:1 Direct Therapy through programs set by a Board-certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

  • Collect and enter data through CentralReach.

  • Complete and submit session notes along with other documentation in a timely manner

  • Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.

  • Understands and adheres to company policies and procedures.

  • Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma

  • Registered Behavioral Technician Certification required.

  • Reliable transportation and insurance

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
