Job summary

Regency ABA in Dallas, GA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to join our collaborative team and support essential services under a BCBA. This part-time role focuses on implementing direct therapy within HAMOC-guided programs, with emphasis on patient safety and family engagement.

You will collect data, complete timely notes, and work closely with supervisors to ensure quality care and compliance. Growth opportunities through supervision and BCBA-hour support are available.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 Direct Therapy under a BCBA‑set program.
• Collect and enter data in CentralReach.
• Submit session notes and documentation promptly.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Adhere to company policies and protect patient confidentiality.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Implementing 1:1 Direct Therapy through programs set by a Board-certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and enter data through CentralReach.

• Complete and submit session notes along with other documentation in a timely manner

• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.

• Understands and adheres to company policies and procedures.

• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification required.

• Reliable transportation and insurance

• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
