Job summary

Regency ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home, one-to-one therapy in Winder, GA. The position runs Monday through Friday, 11am–3pm for a total of 20 hours per week, under the supervision of a BCBA.

The role involves data collection in CentralReach, timely notes, and collaboration with the care team. Regency emphasizes growth, mentorship, and a supportive, holistic approach to care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation and insurance required.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 Direct Therapy as directed by a BCBA.
• Collect and enter data in CentralReach.
• Complete and submit session notes and documentation promptly.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implementing 1:1 Direct Therapy through programs set by a Board-certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and enter data through CentralReach.
• Complete and submit session notes along with other documentation in a timely manner
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Understands and adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information.
