Job summary

Lighthouse Kids is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism in clinic, home, and community settings. You will work under a BCBA supervision, implement behavior intervention plans, and collect data to monitor progress.

The role offers extensive training, ongoing supervision, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff, including holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology preferred.
• Experience with individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with the team.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and support behavior plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (SLP, OT, PT).
