Job summary

Lighthouse Kids is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism across clinic, home, and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Bachelor's degree in psychology (preferred).
• Experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records.
• Must obtain RBT 40 hour training certification prior to scheduled start date ( trainings are paid for and provided).

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and assist in behavior support plan development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (SLP, OT, PT) to ensure consistent treatment.
