Lighthouse Kids is seeking passionate RBTs to provide one-on-one therapy in clinic, home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision. We offer paid RBT training, exam fee reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

The role focuses on implementing behavior plans, data collection, and collaboration with SLP/OT/PT to support individuals with ASD. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma (psychology degree preferred) and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology preferred.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (SLP, OT, PT) to ensure effective treatment.
• Assist with development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and support behavior plans.
