Job summary

Lighthouse Kids is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism under ongoing supervision of a BCBA, across clinic, home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Bachelor's degree in psychology (preferred).
• Experience with individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with clients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and assist in behavior support plan development.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (SLP, OT, PT).
