Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide center-based ABA therapy for children with autism. You will work one-on-one, collaborate with clinicians, and help children learn new skills in a play-based setting.

Responsibilities include tracking progress, participating in a supportive team, and aligning with Lighthouse's core values. Prior experience is welcome but not required; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Passion for working with children with autism and families.
• Experience with children is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based ABA therapy one-on-one with children aged 18 months to school age.
• Collaborate with clinicians to implement personalized therapy plans.
• Document progress and assist in data collection for each child.
