Job summary

Lighthouse Kids in Tennessee is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder under supervision of a BCBA. You will implement behavior plans and collect data to monitor progress.

The position offers paid RBT training, exam fee reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, with ongoing supervision and support from a dedicated BCBA team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology preferred.
• Experience with individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Must obtain 40-hour RBT training prior to start date (training paid by us).

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
