Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a dedicated RBT to join our center-based ABA therapy team. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to school age, collaborating with clinicians to implement individualized therapy plans and track progress.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
• Experience working with children preferred but not required.
• Passion for working with children with autism and their families.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Background check and drug test at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids (18 months to school age) to provide ABA therapy in a center-based approach.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians and behavior analysts to implement custom therapy plans for each child.
• Use creativity and enthusiasm in a play-based and naturalistic therapy setting.
• Help children progress in educational and social settings and prepare for transition to school.
• Track and document progress for each child as you implement programs.
