Succeed ABA in North Carolina seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver ABA interventions under supervision to children and adolescents with autism in home and community settings. You’ll collect data, implement programs, and monitor progress daily.

You’ll work in a supportive, collaborative environment with flexible scheduling and weekly pay, plus health benefits and incentive programs. Prioritize client needs and teamwork while maintaining high professional standards.

Competenze

• RBT certification or 40-hour course is required.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance; follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Pay:

$25-$30 per hour
