Job summary

Succeed ABA - North Carolina is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA interventions to clients in natural settings in Clayton and Garner, NC. The role emphasizes data collection, analysis, and collaboration with staff to ensure program consistency.

Hours include part- and full-time options, with competitive pay and benefits. A strong preference is shown for candidates with RBT certification or completion of a 40-hour ABA course and a valid driver’s license to support

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or 40 hour course required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
• Strong communication skills with families and team members.
• Willingness to undergo background check and adhere to program procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions in clients' natural environments.
• Collect and analyze data; prepare progress presentations.
• Coordinate with program staff to maintain consistent treatment plans.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency

Qualifications:

• RBT Certification or 40 hour course
• Valid Driver's License, or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges

Pay: $25-$30 per hour
