Job summary

Ascend is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Chandler, AZ to work 1-on-1 with children on the autism spectrum. You’ll use play, ABA, and everyday activities to build skills, while emphasizing patience, empathy, and relationship-building.

No ABA experience required; a good heart and willingness to learn are essential. Ascend supports growth, supervision, and a supportive team, with competitive pay and benefits.

Pay & benefits

$21–$27/hour to start Up to $5/hour additional in your first year through growth & development AND $1 if you speak spanish.
