Job summary

Ascend Behavior Partners is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Queen Creek, AZ to work 1-on-1 with children on the autism spectrum. You will use play and ABA therapy to teach everyday life skills, bringing patience, energy, and fun to each session while building real relationships with the kids and families.

No prior ABA experience is required; a good heart and willingness to learn are essential.

Pay & benefits

$21–$27/hour to start Up to $5/hour additional in your first year through growth & development AND $1 if you speak spanish.
